Return Policy

30-day returns, free return label

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll send you a prepaid return label, so returns cost you nothing. Sale items can be returned too.

How to start a return

1. Email us at 1stDoorImporting@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier.

Condition

Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging with all included parts (for LED signs: the power adapter, cord and hanging chain).

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. We'll email you when the refund is issued. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
