About 1st Door Imports

Hi, I'm Matt. 1st Door Imports is a one-person shop: I pick every product, answer every email and pack every order myself, here in Conroe, Texas. I've been selling online since 2014.

What "imports" means here

I don't make the products I sell. I source them from suppliers around the world, bring them into the US, and ship them to you from Texas. That's where the name comes from: things from all over, delivered to your door.

Working this way lets me carry products you won't find on the shelf at a big-box store, like engraved LED signs for game rooms and storefronts, or guitar straps with prints you don't see every day, at prices that stay reasonable. Most of my LED signs are $29.95.

How I choose what to sell

Simple: I sell things I like myself. If I wouldn't hang it on my own wall or use it myself, it doesn't go in the store. That's why the catalog is a bit eclectic. It's a mix of things I thought were cool, not a list built by a buying department.

Who packs your order

Me. Every order ships from Conroe, Texas, and I pack each one myself. Orders go out within 2–3 business days and usually arrive 2–4 business days after that.

My promise

  • Free shipping on every US order.
  • 30-day returns with a free return label. If you're not happy, I'll make it right. See the return policy.
  • A real person on the other end. When you write in, you're talking to me.
